Can anyone give me more info on this revolver? I'm not very educated on these old timers! It has a re-work star on the butt, Serial number is 76682.

From what little information you have listed, it appears to be a .32 Safety Hammerless, 1st Model, Mfg from 1888-1902, S/N range from 1 to 91417. From the one picture you show it appears to be in VG to Exc condition. The value range might be from $250 to $400.
At the top of the page there is a "sticky" that will give you all the questions you should list to completely identify your revolver.
