I was in Bass Pro the other day looking at stacks of overpriced ammo collecting dust on the shelves and decided to go look at the gun cases. 99.9% of the time there are never any pre owned guns, let alone anything I’d be interested in.
Well to my surprise I see a little Smith snub in the case all alone at the end of the aisle. The associate pulls it out and said they just got it in on trade. Price was $599.
I’ve been on the prowl for a nice blued post war M&P snub to go with my excellent nickel specimen for a while now. This one will fill that gap in my collection. It has a little edge wear and the stocks aren’t great, one of the screws is a little buggered. But with my $100 birthday gift card from the in laws, I had to pick this little guy up. It will go out with me tomorrow with my new 27-8 PC for some range time. Can’t wait!!
