Santa Comes Early-New Shield

I feel like at kid at Christmas. Just got a call from my LGS, He has a Shield 9mm waiting for me to pick up tomorrow. The bonus is, he's charging me under MSRP.
I had found one about 3hrs away, but that store wanted $589, My LGS now has a new loyal customer

I get my Shield tomorrow also. $335 from Bud's thanks to a post on this forum that they had some in stock!

According to the UPS tracking info provided by Buds, mine's supposed to arrive tomorrow also. I have a feeling the PM9 is going to get jealous.

Congratulations on your Shield. Let us know how you feel about the PM9 vs. the Shield. I own both, and find them to be very different based on the trigger systems. I do like the external safety on the shield. Especially for AWB carry. I have spent more on the Shield, sights, sear, and talon grips.

Christmas IS going to be awesome in your house! Nice! Santa brought my Shield in September and have had an absolute blast with it. I, too, have put the rubberized Talon grips on it. I dig 'em so much, I'm thinking about putting them on M&P full size 9mm. Don't forget to give it a good cleaning and like others have said...shoot the heck out it!

Took the new Shield to the range yesterday, Shot 100 rounds through it, this has to be the sweetest shoot gun I've ever shot.
I only have one problem, Now my wife wants one. So back to searching.
