Scored this over the weekend for a mere $350 ! Been looking for a while and this was on consignment at a LGS. I made my offer and he accepted. Original Combats , 4" bbl , 6 round sq. butt. Was wondering if anyone could help me out with dating this one. S/N BEF2803. I'm guessing 1990 or so? Anyway, she plays nicely with my 4" 66-1

This kid obviously did not know what he had. According to the clerk, he inherited it from his grandfather and was just looking for some quick cash. He was only asking $389 and I would have snatched it up for that price, but the clerk said, "make an offer and I will call him." So I said $350 and if he balks at that I would take it for the asking price. Still can't believe it.
