Sd9 opinions

I was just wondering what fellow sd9 owners think. Any problems to speak of? Performance? I took mine out for the first time, ran though 50 rounds without one single hiccup. A buddy of mine has a model 910 and I dare say I outshot him. I love the 1911 and used to swear by it, still do, but the sd9 has put a big smile on my face. Is the m&p really better for the price?

Love my SD9. Excellent shooter. No problems, and trigger feels great. Great firearm for the money.

My SD9 is an excellent shooter as well, since I put the APEX spring kit in her she feels wonderful, just waiting on the trigger from APEX, but I must say that my preferance is my 3906 to shoot

I was having trouble with mine not locking to the rear after the last round. I took it apart countless times and jumped up and down trying to figure out what was wrong. I called S&W and they sent me a label right away. Just before I packed it for shipping, I realized that my right thumb was hitting the slide release and that was the problem.
In short, my SD9 is near perfect.

I think the SD9 is the most underrated pistol out there and deserves a lot more attention.

Please elaborate on the spring kit for the uninformed, I.e. me.
