10-count them-10 teams make the Tournament. Looks like Omaha is gonna be another SEC tournament. Two of the top 8 national seeds are SEC teams-Florida and LSU

Not so fast there fat boy..........

Past weekend was brutal. #2 national seed Florida-two and bar b que. #8 LSU-out; we ran out of pitching ( we also blew a 4 run lead in the top of the 8th in Sunday's game ) I was at the Saturday night game and saw Houston's Catcher throw out 5 base runners. We still won but still needed to win that third game. #5 seed Florida State-2 and bar b que.
The SEC sent 10 teams and only Ol Miss and Vandy survive the weekend.
And Ol Miss has to play UL-Lafayette SEC vs local team..... Let's just say I am pulling for the winner of this series to win at Omaha.

Oh well, it was fun.....NOW FOR FOOTBALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, my Huskies made it past LSU but couldn't get through Ole Miss. Considering they were picked to finish tenth in twelve team league, I'd say they exceeded expectations this year.

Good luck to the remaining teams. Hope you win or lose on your merits rather than some fluke or bad call.

After meeting several very obnoxious LSU fans at last year's SEC tournament, I can't say I'm sorry to see them lose.

Well Florida just won the National Championship in women's softball and its only a 15 minute drive from my house. I have been working so much I was unable to break free and see one game of the WCWS and here I am so close to the stadium I have to watch it on TV, and the temperature is in the 70s. Sometimes life just isn't fair.
