Seeing Red

I have had my Victory PC for awhile now and want to make a few changes. The first is a Volquartsen fluted barrel with forward blow compensator. The second change will be adding a red dot. My question is what is the best red dot to purchase. Has anyone had great success with a red dot and what brand? I am leaning to a Vortex Venom.

The best? Aimpoint

My personal red dot sight guidelines....
1. Must have an enclosed emitter
2. Must be able to change the battery without dismounting.

Vortex Venom only meets #2

Top pick would be a Aimpoint ACRO
Second pick Aimpoint Micro such as H1 or T1
Trijicon MRO would be third choice

I'm not a fan of the RMR type optics with the dirt scoop lens and exposed emitter. Much too easily fouled and rendered useless IMO
