Just saw " A million ways to die in the west", a western by
Seth McFarland. Lots of liberals in it, and there were a few
politically incorrect things, which I was surprised would be in
a liberal movie. But, it's Seth McFarland. Overall, it was funny,
and I would recommend it.

While I can handle moderate liberalism in Hollywood film, Mr. McFarlane's jokes on Family Guy annoy me. I take it his movies are the same. Now the if King of The Hill guys make another movie, I will gladly watch. I miss that show.

You know that Mike Judge is behind "Beavis & Butthead" right? :D

I couldn't stand the MTV series but watched their Beavis & Butthead movie & LMAO! I fully expected to loathe the movie but surprises happen.

I would be surprised if Seth McFarland did anything that was PC & unoffensive. :D

Though I'm no fan of Seth, I am interested in seeing this movie. I saw and liked the preview.

I may watch it on HBO only because I am a Liam Neeson fan. I am very un-PC myself so many of Seth's jokes do not bother me that much. It's more of the attitude he takes. He seems to go out of his way to insult people(on both sides) in a negative manner. Like I said, I will wait for King of the Hill movie or an Office Space II to go back the theater.

I've been on a western kick lately, but I don't think this movie will satisfy amongst the likes of "The Outlaw Josey Wales" and "Once Upon a Time in the West" etc. etc.

From the reviews I've read thus far, it seems to be mostly composed of toilet humor and other crude jokes popular in Seth's Family Guy series.

I think I'll pass and stick to the real westerns.

Thanks for the tip. I'll stick to 'real' Westerns. :) Liam Neesen was my big reason to give the movie a shot but, I'll not give True Grit remake a shot. Don't care if its good or not? I'm loyal to John Wayne and not to matt Damon. :D

I also recently watched the original True Grit with John Wayne. Amazing movie!

That's my stapler.
