SHE IS LOST!

Don't drink the cool-aid the news media wants to feed you. Look around, America is still full of good decent folks, most don't want trouble but when push comes to shove they'll stand tall. Seems like everyday I run into someone that rekindles my belief in America. She may be weakened but far from beaten.
 
Ok I just had to add this also ,I went down to the local VFW as they were having a fundraising event and talked to a couple of the vets there ,talk about proud ,talk about patriotic these guys may be getting a little " long in tne tooth " as they say but they still salute the flag and although they have seen a lot of changes they still agree we have the greatest country on earth so turn off the TV radio ect and go talk to a veteran or take a road trip to our souther boarder and watch people risking there lives trying desperately to come to America .No sir She isn't lost her trail maybe is trying to be covered by those who hide behind her freedom just to make a living talking trying to write their own version of history but America sir is still the shining city and the best hope of freedom loving people world wide .Do we have troublemakers ,idiots,lazy people who blame their crappy lives on everyone else ,sure .We also have brand new first generation Americans who know this is tne hope of their families future we also have people like you sir who has seen the potential of greatness when we as a nation come together indivisible under God ,and come together we will as our great grandparents and grandparents did and we will bicker might even fight each other sometimes but ask an outsider what happens if you attack Americans call Osama Bin laden ask him how it worked out maybe call Saddam Husein .Please sir do not lose faith in this nation she is still strong ,proud and free and will remain so but no you won't hear any of that on TV or the radio.
 
Ok one more thing and I'll shut up.Its getting daylight here I think I'm gonna go outside and pray my morning prayer in Jesus name out loud and ain't worried who hears it ,then I'm gonna take my rifle out to tne range but not just any rifle my semiautomatic M1a with several high cap magazines and blast away for a couple of hours ,then I'm gonna get a shower and take my wife out to a nice restaurant and eat a meal fit for a king a very fat king at that then I'm gonna stop by the cemetery and salut tne flag with my hand over my heart and think of all those men and women there who gave me this freedom .Why ? Well I am by the Grace of God Almighty an American and I don't have to explain myself to anyone foreign or domestic ( thank you vets) .Lost no sir she isnt lost come spend a day down here in Alabama around me and my country boy friends naw we ain't rich or fancy we eat pork beans and weenies most of have too much money tied up in guns ,fishing stuff ect but we all love America ,we love Jesus and and we'll stand up for some other fellows right to love whatever he wants to even if we do snicker at his orange and green hair but again you ain't gonna hear any of that on tne TV or radio so Im out now I'm gonna go and enjoy some of my constitutionally protected freedom ( thanks veterans ) .God Bless America !
 
Ok I came bak because my friend who is actually from over the pond a was in SAS back a few years ago is coming to the range with me and we were talking about this issue he said I should add this .I don't know who tne head honcho in ISIS is ISIL or what ever they call themselves is I think it was big daddy or baggy daddy or something like that but my friend said I bet where ever and whoever he is his behind is needing some strong nerve pills if he is eating and sleeping lol.Just saying Lost America oh no thanks you special forces guys for taking tne fight to them oh yea they talk up a good game but son when they see them ranger patches or them silver wings or them navy seals or US Marines you can bet they need clean drawers cause then all that talk about not being afraid to die gets put to the test in 12 months you won't be able to find someone who admits to even knowing an ISIS member much less an actual so called fighter but again you won't hear any of this on the TV or radio .Fear not sir our country is far far from lost ,this time I'm out sorry for the rant but I felt tne same way up until I stopped listening to the TV and radio both sides right and left are a bunch of trouble stirring people who don't want to work be ause it's easier to talk for a living .
 
We all know the saying "the good old times". I think we're past the point of no-retun and many of the things I looked forward to when I was a kid will never come back. I could give examples but will not waste anyone's time. At age 71 I leave it to the new generation and hope to God they don't blow everything up.
 
America will find its way when WE the people stop letting OUR EMPLOYEES aka the government get so far off the path that the "majority"'want.

Seems the "minority" aka snowflakes etc are much better VOTERS than us in the "MAJORITY" which is why we ended up in the mess we are in now.

IF WE WANT TO CHANGE ANYTHING IN AMERICA TODAY THE BALLOT BOX HOLDS THE KEY.

Now how many of us good guys remember that and turn out to vote in next election cycle is the 10 million dollar ?

Yes, very true, however within the last several days, history is being removed. "They are changing what happened" so people will forget. Reality is being altered! Out of sight out of mind, How many other things and places will need to be forgotten?? Books will need to be rewritten

Soon Counties, Cities, Towns, Streets will "have" to be renamed,:mad:

I agree. I live in Framingham, Massachusetts which is in Middlesex county.

There are rumblings that the PETA folks want to change the name to just FRAMING because having ham in the name is degrading to pigs. Massachusetts will become ACHUSETTS because MASS is a religious term used by Catholics and the atheists feel that it is degrading to them. Middlesex will become MIDDLE because the supporters of abstinence feel that sex is degrading to them.

So from now on you will have to write to me in Middle County, Framing, Ascusetts. :eek:

I can't help but think that a big part of the problem is for too many folks, especially younger people, history started fifteen minutes ago.

Nothing new about that. Human history has been written, rewritten, altered and adulterated since the beginning of time.
 
Young adult temper tantrums are the result of: everyone gets a trophy in sports, even those who fail in school are allowed a free pass, video games where everyone is a winner, middle schoolers and below with smart phones, big screens, name brand everything, kids not even working or doing chores anymore, teachers indoctrinating kids with some socialist utopia life lessons..... then they get out into the real world and experience failure, adversity, not getting what they want when they want, and rejection.... which is real life.

You cannot fix bad parenting but you can fix the overly politically correct sports and school programs. Kids need to experience failure and rejection before adulthood. It's life.
 
Improvise, adapt, overcome. We've been doing it as a nation for a long time now! I lived through the violence and turmoil of the '60s, involuntarily served our country with honor, raised a successful group of kids, now grandkids, and rose to the top of my profession. Oh, yeah, from a poor country boy who looked up a mules derrière in South GA. America, love it or leave it! Lead, follow or get out of my way!!!

I just don't get it. These statues have been there for many years and now people are suddenly offended by them? I think the news folks repeat things over and over with the hope that, eventually, everyone will believe what is being said.
