Limp wristing maybe? Ive never had any problems with my shield

Don't be offended by the question, but...did you clean it and lube it first? And, what ammo are you using?

Shield

I did not clean it shoot it right out of box pretty oily but I shot 100 rnd so federal fmj 115 and it did not jam on the 50 rnds od Tula 115

I've never used it, but I've always read that Tula is really dirty ammo. Try cleaning the gun really well, lubing it, and then using some better ammo to see if you still have the problem. You need to clean your magazines as well, but don't lube them (unless you have some dry lube.)

Break it in with 124 gr. or heavier bullets. Use a stiff wrist when shooting. Get back to us.

I'm not saying that it's definitely the Tula but...
Tula is polymer coated and after multiple rounds, the polymer can gum up the chamber. This is not an issue with Euro Made pistols (Glock, XD, etc) or NATO category weapons, as they are built to accept Steel, or Steel/Polymer ammo, but it is NOT uncommon to hear about Non-NATO American made pistols having issues with Tula, or switching to Brass (in the same range session) After shooting Tula.
