Shield Rebates-Current Info?

I submitted 2 different applications for rebates by mail. The first around the end of May. The second the first week of July. I received a rebate check on Aug. 11 and have heard nothing since then.

Per another thread, I went to the Milano On Line Rebate Inquiry and filled in my zip and last name. Response was:"There is no record of a claim with the information provided."

I then tried the phone number provided. Was instructed to leave a message. When I entered "one" to leave a message, the response was that the mailbox was full.

Any suggestions where to go from here? I hope that it is just that the system is overwhelmed. I bought a total of 4 Shields, one for each of my sons and 2 for me(I guess I'm selfish).

I guess as you can see from my post count that I don't get here often. But, this is the premier forum for S&W.

Mine said there was no record of a claim also for the first couple of months. Now for about the last three weeks it's been saying valid submission received. Still no shipping date though. It's all pretty slow. You just gotta hurry up and wait.

I submitted 1 on 8/17/2017 and the other on 8/22/17 and heard/ot nothing, checked Milano site and it said not found!?

If i don't hear/find something by late October i will resubmit both since closing date is October 31!

patience, my second rebate never showed on Milano two months later I got an email with a fedex tracking number it came directly from S&W.

As posted on other threads, be sure to use ZIP +4 when you enter data on the Milano site.

I have not received any communication from S&W VERY slow VERY bad customer service. Shame on S&W

If you call and get the voice message hang up and call again. After 2 or 3 times they'll answer.

I just got my $75.00 M&P PC Shield rebate today. Submitted back on June 21, 2017.

Mailed in 1 rebate on 8/17/17 and the 2nd n 8/26/17 and today it shows valid and received 8/25/17 so my 1st finally showed up on Milano site but how will it show the 2nd????

I guess the rebate check or swag will eventually arrive but S&W should be ashamed for the terrible customer service. I suppose offering a rebate is cheaper than a price reduction as some people do not complete the forms correctly or the rebate company "loses" some forms. I am very unhappy with the process and will never fall for a S&W rebate again.
