I drive the car I built - a Factory Five MkIII Roadster. It took 3 years to complete and have about 18,000 miles.
You know the rule here: pictures, or it didn't happen.
I'm going on 76, been retired almost five years, widowed, and live alone with a small, deranged rat terrier rescue dog named Moose. Very little income, so range time and ammo at today's completely insane prices are more or less out of the question.
I fish when I can--it's not often, but I have all the gear I could ever need and then some. I write, which costs me nothing but an occasional p*****-off reader. Love to cook, and can use my home-grown herbs to make very inexpensive foods taste delicious and pricey. I read a lot of history and watch TV documentaries and baseball games. No sit-coms anymore, and
definitely no "reality TV" except "The First 48". Right now I'm reading Tim Weiner's
Enemies: A History Of The FBI , which deals with the Bureau's investigations of spies, saboteurs and subversive organizations.
Walking the micro-mastiff keeps my legs from locking up.
Lest I forget, I'm also still a pushover for the grand old Warner Brothers cartoons of the '40's and '50's.
And of course I hang out here a lot.
