Hi all, I'm back to bore you again! I took my recently aquired 1905 4th target and a new no lock 442-2 to the range today. With the 1905 at 15 yards double action The first 5 was some old stock W.W. factory 158 rnl's then switched to some factory W.W. 148 wc's. for ten more shot's. The old girl still shoot's pretty well. Not wanting to shoot her too much I ended it's outing there, but I feel if I took the time to know her she would do a lot better. The 442-2 shot well for a snubby and I need some more work with it for sure.

Having been a shooting instructor for many years, those look like very good targets to me Bob. Glad that you enjoy your guns. Thanks for sharing them with us.
It may be worth the $50 to get a factory letter on that 4th Model Target. Not everyone bought those back "in the day".

Beautiful 1905 Target. And the target that you shot is not bad either...:)

Nice! My 1905 has about the best action of any of my old Smiths, and is a pleasure to shoot. Looks like you are enjoying yours!

VB: Nice guns and targets. I also have been shooting my 1905 4th target, and getting similarly good results. About as accurate as any handgun I own. -Donald
