shooting right, right out of the box?

guys ... i have only had the opportunity to put 20 or so rounds down range with my new 15-22 all bench rested with bags on the hand guard at 25yards w/factory iron sights.

the rifle/me were shooting consistently (grouping) to the right... is this a problem anyone else has experienced?

i also noticed from S&W the rear sight was already adjusted off center to the left which should already move P.o.I. to the left...correct?

the trigger is a lil rougher then my other rifles and it may very well be me (right handed) pulling. the next trip to the range will involve a complete eval. and a second shooter but needless to say it's on my mind so i thought i would throw it out to the group to ponder.

shooting to the right right out of the box w/factory adjusted rear iron sight biased to the left of center...help??????????????

too many variables to know after 20 rounds. could be you, could be the wind, could be the irons need a little tweak... spend some more time shooting first and see how it pans out.

it was the shooter ... now zeroed and poi where i want it!!
