This is a big Shoutout for Bryan at T-Grips. I had an order in 5 weeks ago and wasn't happy that I haven't received it. I got ahold of him last night and let him know my displeasure and disappointment. He called me back and said it had gotten into the new orders. He overnighted them to me at a cost of over 26.00 to him. I only pulled one out to get a quick pic. I think he's going to keep the company on the right track.

That's funny,They sent me the wrong T-Grip and would not return 2 Messages I left.I paid extra for a Brass T-Grip and they sent me a regular Silver One.That will be the last Time I deal with them. They are too up and down,It's either horrible or great,No in between.

My last order earlier this year for a couple going on a K frame S&W and D frame Colt took a little time, but when calling him (IIRC it was Matt) he had overnighted them before the weekend and I had them the next day. no complaints.

I guess I am not alone. I ordered some for my M&P K frame a couple monthe ago and they showed up in about a week and a half. I was pleasantly surprised because I had read the horror stories about long ship time. I acquired a 28-2 in the meantime so I ordered some for that and it is going on 3 weeks and no return to my emails. Oh well.

It took 5 weeks for my order in May-June. I will order again till all my S &W revolvers have one.

I hope they have turned the company around.

Millions of S&W revolvers out there and gun collectors everywhere.

You own the patents, have the tooling and your product is in demand.

Maybe they should hire me to run this company, we'll all get rich and I'll just send them a check.

Some people couldn't sell candy across the street from a elementary school.

If I had a product that everyone wanted I would make sure you had two and then try to sell you three and I've never worked in sales in my life.
