Model 60

Paladin85020 is that 640 wearing a set of Clipdraws? My wife wants to know, if you ever have a problem with the gun pushing up and unclipping when you sit down? She is considering a set for her J-frame. BTW nice collection.

My first two '60 Pro' style replacement stocks were $43 + s/h from S&W. They really improved both the 5" and newer 3" 63:

I liked those grips - the 60 Pro style - so much, I paid $631 + s/t for my third set... which came on my new 60 Pro! How is that for expensive grips... of course, I got a new 3" 60, too!

"Yes, dear, those grips were a bit dear in cost... but, they came with a neat revolver, too!"

Yes, that is an early Clipdraw setup (2 anchoring screws). I've had the "pushup" phenom happen occasionally with both this and the Hip Grips when jammed into the waist - BUT the solution is to use them in your pants pocket. No problem there, and the gun is quickly and easily accessible.

Awesome lookin wheel gun!

I'm new to the revolver platform and was wondering about the use of the moon clips. I thought the cylinder had to be machined to allow the clip to seat properly... Are these a specific kind of MC that doesn't require that?

Thanks in advance.....
