This MDL 48 came to me just like this, in it's ratty box, with BOTH cylinders. I have several extra pairs of rosewood stocks, but keep these as they are, even if they are not rosewood.

Restocked this little Colt in Ivory long ago. Holster is aslo marked colt.

This guy has been my constant companion for many years. I know they are not as refined as an M27 but there is something about a 4" M28 that just says "all business". This gun has never let me down and is more accurate than anything else I own. On top of that, with the Eagle oversized target grips, it is a pleasure to shoot even with heavy loads.
