We have a M&P 380 EZ that we don't really enjoy.
As I read the Sig forum P365 section I see some familiar names.

We would like a larger .380 in addition to the Bodyguard 2.0 and the P365-380 seems to possibly be a good fit. We can rent one to see how we like it, but would enjoy any feed back.

Do newly made ones have any of the early problems? Thinking about striker and slide return spring assembly. Is there anything to be aware of with this .380 Model?

Looking for opinions here. And thank you if you answer!!!

I’ve had one for a while now, and I have to say it is a terrific firearm. Mine is actually a convert by way of a conversion kit and it is every bit as reliable as it was as a 9 mm and very comfortable to shoot.

Thank you Rider1300!

Just today I saw that there is a conversion available. Good to hear it works well for you! We plan to rent next week and will shoot both 9 and 380. Again thanks!

By now I’m sure you’ve already rented one and tried it out. My bet would be that you purchased one based on my experience with mine. I had the SIG P365 and had significant light primer strikes and so I sold it and purchased the P365-. 380. I absolutely love this new .380 and I have a hard time deciding which one to carry….., the bodyguard 2.0 or my new Sig P365–.380. I won’t give up either one.

Just thought I’d add that the P365’s do not like hard primers, at least mine don’t. My 380 version rewards me with several light strikes and FTF’s with CCI primer hand loads and Ammo Inc factory loads. The same lower grip module (same ECU) and 9mm slides are usually no issues. I make sure that the striker is clean and dry. The Sig is bigger and shoots more comfortable than my BG2.0
