Sight height question

I have a 4" 625-3, with the plain black serrated ramp front sight.

I am looking to order the gold bead front sight from S&W, which lists a height of .250". I would also like a taller rear blade, to give me a deeper notch. There are several available - which one should I pick ?

I intend to shoot hardball in this gun.

Usually a .300 front with a .160 rear.
