Has anyone purchased one of these tools I recently acquired one for my polishing business? I have seen some decent reviews. Was wondering first hand from you guys if anyone has had first hand experience

I purchased one of these a bit over a year ago. I have used it to change the sights on about 75 pistols. These include XD, Kimber, Sig, M&P, and a few other "tough" guns. The tool allows you to adjust the slide position so you can get the "Pusher" blade down close to the bottom of the sight. Two warnings: be sure to cover the slide or the clamping blocks with several layers of tape, and be aware that the "pusher" blade/block is not hardened. It is machined from cold rolled steel. I've rewelded and remachined mine once. However, for the money this is a very well made tool and will move the toughest sights. I own several MGW pushers and wish I had saved my money. None of the MGW pushers will handle the front sight on guns with a longer recoil spring dust cover such as 1911, 5" XD, 5" &P, etc.

One other thing I forgot to mention. This guy that sells these is great to deal with. I just ordered the optional blocks to help hold guns with funny shaped slides like the XD. I mentioned that I wanted to buy an extra "pusher" block and what had happened to mine. He is sending it free of charge and paying the shipping on the order. On this second block I am contemplating treating it with Brownells "Hard 'n Tuff"
