Simply Rugged Long Hunter question

I want this holster if it keeps the 629 or 29 from falling out while running or jumping; does anyone know if it does the job?

I don't have a Long Hunter, but I will say that their pancake-style holsters (I have a Sourdough and a Siver Dollar) hold on to revolvers like grim death during very strenuous activity. Since the Long Hunter is essentially another, longer version of Rob's normal pancake desighn, I'd predict excellent retention capability.

+1 i have the loaded pancake and it holds my 29 very well.

I have a Sourdough for a 6" N frame and a Silver Dollar Pancake for J frames, I am think the are both very secure.

I ride a horse and an ATV with guns in these holsters with complete confidence.

Bdgreen- You misunderstood my question. I plan on carrying while hunting, horseback riding and possibly in Law Enforcement!! I am a proud Marine who runs from nobody!!!
