Six month progress

It dawns on me that not all of you...actually most of you are not on FB or other social networking so you have no idea what I've done in the past six months.

I've lost 83 pounds is what I've done.

One picture is from February. One is from June. Hopefully you can tell which is which!

Lost 80 + pounds. Ya mean to tell me your avatar is not the real you? I thought it was your selfie.
Really congrats!! a serious weight loss is really a life style change, and takes a lot of hard work.
 
Doing GREAT...what is your goal?

short term i set 10 lbs at a time and shaving down my mile time a few seconds at a time sustained at 3 miles. I don't have a hard set scale number. I do have measurement and toning and size and health goals.

Long term...BPMS150. I'm ahead of training schedule but my bike is a tank of a bike.
And to keep it off.

You got about 7 months. I'd havta ride that distance a least a coupla times before the event.
That is right after I put Frankenbike on a serious diet.

This long into it, i think it is a lifestyle thing. On the few days I take rest and recovery I feel off with no exercise. And tonight I ate something I shouldn't have and now I feel awful.
 
Congratulations! My doc said drop 20lbs., your A1c is nudging up. So I quit all sugar and most carbs (again) and upped the activity. It's interesting how when you go off all that poisonous **** that keeps us fat and sick and then have a moment and eat some of it again it makes you feel terrible. Your body is saying "unh unh unh...not again". A good sign!
