I took my recently purchased Shield 9mm out to the range and ran 100 rounds through it ,worked flawlessly, no FTE, FTF etc.
Upon getting home to take it apart and clean it, I noticed the Slide/recoil spring looked all cockeyed when I removed it to take out the barrel. I checked it against my Shield 40 and it looks the same (it only has had 50 round thru it).
For some reason, I don't remember the spring looking like that before hand. I can take some pictures of it when I get home from work. Just wanted to see if anyone else noticed this and if it was "normal"
