I love to cook on my smoker and I do it mostly in the spring and fall when the outside temps are more moderate.

Good Lord , you have got to be kidding me...i am obviously sheltered with little notion for creativity...That entire process is too good to be true...
Those look & sound as they are a gift , from The Good Man Upstairs.... (smoked baked beans , wow.... I'm 100% in!)

I sent a text to a few friends and said I was doing bbq ribs, chicken wings and corn. They said what can we bring? I said cole slaw and baked beans. They all brought potato salad. Oh well.

I thought baked beans being smoked would take special paraphernalia. The cast iron works when I do it. Look good. You really can’t mess up beans. Blazing Saddles. Good movie.

Those of you who have a Texas Road House near by; buy their Steak Sauce and use it like you would a BBQ sauce in your beans, etc. We feel it has the perfect flavor. About $6 at the restaurant.

I tried smokin' some frog legs, amongst other thangs, but I ain't never smoked me none of them beans ! Tried cigarettes but never took to 'em . . . .
