A recent thread about Enemy at the Gates got me thinking about "sniper movies." Shooter was another good one IMO. Anyone have any recommendations for others? Has anyone seen the Sniper films with Tom Berenger? Any good?

they all have sucked in my opinion.
so many errors so little time ....
I dont think screenwriters can conceive nor comprehend the special corner of hell that is a snipers world. probably because our servicemen are good enough at what they do that they dont have to find out

The film, Clear And Present Danger (made from the Clancy book of the same title) has some interesting sniper training scenes. I went and re-read the book and found out the one I liked best didn't appear in it.

I havent seen shooter yet although i bought it about a week ago, however seeing what effect Enemy at the Gates had on my addiction My "ole lady" may not let me watch it until i am done with the 91/30

Saving Private Ryan has some great sniper scenes and that movie always gives me a good cry, seriously.
