Snub Nose .327 Magnum

I just bought a Ruger LCR .327 federal Mag, and am eagerly awaiting Ruger's building an lcrx version ( 3" barrel, external hammer, larger grip ), much like the lcrx .38 special. I'm reloading for it, using Hornady 85 and 100 grain XTP bullets, and Sierra 90 gr JHC . I was surprised that the snubby could handle the full factory Gold Dot loads, without great pain !
