The drive to Milwaukee was exhausting. Icy roads and heavy traffic getting out of St. Paul. Seemed like every few miles traffic slowed to a crawl as we passed emergency vehicles pulling cars out of the ditch. Saw a pickup that must have rolled - the cab was crushed.
Handling was very squirrelly due to the ice. I could feel the car loose traction and want to slide around. Had to keep hunting around for a dry spot.
Of course that didn't stop the jackwagons from tailgating and weaving through the traffic. I wouldn't care so much if they only took themselves out, but they usually take someone with them.
I took a lot more breaks than normal, which helped. Finally made it and kept the rubber side down.
