Replaced a ceiling fan the other day. I had to assume the position a couple of times. One I gave up on and was headed to the garage to look for a replacement in my screw bins when I found it another way - stepped on it.
To make matters worse, the installation instructions were missing the last four pages. Instead they had inserted a repeat of the previous four. I had to guess on what went where with the lights and the wall switch. Must have guessed right, though. Everything works as it should.
