...…..SOLD.....The Springfield Armory M1A is the finest weapon of its type in the world. Reliability, accuracy, durability and power are all factors that define a truly great rifle. The world has depended on the M1A design for over 40 years and counting as it remains in active duty with the most elite military and police units. This rifle was purchased, brand new, in September 2001 and has been in my possession with less than 50 rounds fired for scope accuracy. Through the years, I have added a few accessories and has been a safe queen for the duration with yearly lubrication of parts. The description is a loaded walnut stock, National Match air gauged premium, 7.62mm NATO (308 Win), chrome-lined barrel, front sight National Match front blade .062, Rear sight GI Match (non-hooded .520 aperture with one minute elevation, half minute windage adjustments, one 10 and 20 round magazine included. Trigger pull is 4 1/2 lbs. two- stage military trigger. Rifle has a Harris Series S Model L Bipod, Voodoo Tactical adjustable cheek rest with ammo carrier, 6x40 Government Model 7.62MM scope, manuals and a Department of the Army TM9-1005-223-12 Technical manual on the 7.62-MM Rifle M14 and Rifle Bipod M2. The total price is $1650.00 and will accept only Certified Money Order and Personal Check held for seven days until cleared before rifle is mailed. A current FFL Holder's copy of the certificate is to be sent to me for the verification. The shipping is free to your FFL dealer by ground UPS. This is a beautiful rifle and I rate this as excellent condition. Also, original Springfield box with Serial number and caliber on flap of box included in the price.
