A floral carved S.D. Myres holster for a 2" J frame revolver. Shown with a Chiefs Special, it will fit any like frame revolver. Dark oxblood color, forward cant, full sewn heavy welt, very stiff heavy leather construction, fits up to a 1 3/4" belt. Air weight is inked on the belt loop. A very fine example of a Myres holster for a very fine series of revolvers. $175 includes USPS Priority shipping.
Sold.
A very ornate carved and rawhide laced single loop holster for a Smith & Wesson pre-war I frame revolver with up to a 6" barrel; as shown, it will also fit a pre-war Colt Police Positive revolver. Both of these revolvers fit snugly, it won't fit anything larger. Unusual full lined back with the smooth leather lining extending into the holster pouch. Excellent rawhide edge lacing, very fine hand floral carving. Stamped E on the back and 388 E on the toe of the skirt as shown. I can't imagine someone making a holster like this and not putting his name on it but there is no makers mark on it. Excellent overall condition, a few surface cracks and some scrapes where the revolver goes in as shown. Fits a large gun belt. An unusual holster for a series of pre-war small revolvers. $150 includes USPS Priority shipping.
