Things built to last, usually old and made in the USA.

Kick butt music, I'm a guitar nut but my hands don't work like they used to.

Hot Rods. Customs and Classics.

Being outdoors doing most anything. Fishing is probably tops on my list but I find myself at the range more often.

Being home doing a little bit of nothing in my shop or yard.

Beer, Good Beer, Got some Konig in the fridge for later/about now.

I have a few good friends and enjoy hanging out with them when we can. Sadly, Most have moved away.

There's so much more that I enjoy,

You boys sure are self indulgent. All the stuff mentioned seems good.

I did like my nap today with the 1 year old grandson. 2 hours where no one had the nerve to bother us. He just kept on sleeping and I kept on hugging him.

Not sure why Y'all like the diet or sugar free soft drinks. Just don't drink the real thing often. Mexican Coke or Pepsi Throwback. The case of Coke we got at Sam's a couple of years got was going out of code. So I fed it to the little ones, who can't tell the difference. They're saying the diet stuff isn't good for you and causes weight gain. :)

I value my memories more & more each day. My life is blessed with a lot of good memories. My children [3], grandchildren [8] & one great grandson. Many hunting trips with long gone friends, out living 2 out of 3 wives, working for Ma Bell 38 years, retired almost 26 years now, thinking about friends here & gone, watching a fire burning in a hunting camp & seeing a 1000 things in the flames. Yeah, a lot of water under the bridge but looking forward to tomorrow, another S&W, a trip to see my kids, still able to drive except at night, next fall deer hunt with kids half my age, coffee with a touch of Brandy on a cold morning. I remember Pearl Harbor attack, the depression, Sputnik,25 cent gasoline & 25 cent beer. As Gus said to Woodrow "It's been on hell of a ride".

Guneur,

The Seahawks should bring a ladder and some sandwiches, because they'll have to climb up to do it, and it'll likely take all day.

I say this because the Arizona Cardinals bested the Seahawks (in Seattle), but couldn't do the same to the Niners here in Glendale. Much as I hate the Niners because they are prime rivals to the Cardinals, I expect that they will defeat the Seahawks and go on to the Big Bowl. If you use the Cardinals as a commonly-shared measuring stick, you'll see the logic in this.

The only fly in the ointment to my prediction would be the 12th man - the roaring crowd in Seattle, and I admit that it will be a factor. Your crowds up there are rabid athletic supporters.
