I'm about 50 miles southwest of walkin jack in balmy Texas, and since I don't like freezing precipitation, I closed my blinds and curtains and did my best to ignore the same storm. I did peek out one time to take this photo of the storm on Jan. 9. We ultimately ended up with 6-7 inches. Bleah!
