source for S&W model 41 magazines?

just bought a model 41 and was wondering where the cheapest source to buy mags is. I've seen a few places that want $25-$26 each. seems a little expensive to me for what it is. anyone have a good source for them? I'd like to buy genuine S&W, maybe 10 or 12.

As for cheaper alternatives, you might find that difficult. It's not like there are a bunch of military surplus magazines for this pistol.

CDNN usually has them, $24 or less, Midway USA usually has them too. I bought a few 12 rounders a while back at Midway for $22 each. Thete are lots out there just check the 'usual sources".

There are no aftermarket mags for the Model 41, they are all made by S&W.

I ordered 6 mags today. Midway was the cheapest I found. also 10 bricks of ammo are on the way. that should hold me over for a little while.

Gooday gents / Ladies ...it's funny after looking at some of the posts i can see all the newbies like myself ask the same questions .1st Magazines many say they've found 12 round mags on Midway ,,,no such deal can't find a 12 rounder for love or money with the exception of 1 on eBay for $70.00 ummmm just a tad steep for me , also cannot find factory 10 rounders on the Smith and Wesson site i guess things have changed since 2014 can't find a Performance Model 41 for love or money , however after many moons of searching i lucked out and came across what looks like a new one not sure if it is or not Serial starts DJY20** any ideas ?
Midway only seems to have non factory 10 rounders . Thanks All

The Midway mags are factory original: "This replacement magazine is a factory original from Smith & Wesson." and comes in a S&W blister package. I'm not sure why they also have the wording about the parts being made to the same specs as factory parts, but I suspect it's a cut and paste mistake on the part of Midway. The same mag works in 4 different S&W pistols, and as far as I know, no one makes an aftermarket mag. BTW: there are also lots of mags advertised on eBay and GB.

If you can wait, Midway occasionally sells SW mags 25% off. I made a buy last February.

For one thing, that's actually a really good price for a high-quality metal .22 magazine in general. I can quote you several comparable pistols that have magazines in the $50 - $150 range.

For another, the plastic magazines for my Nelson were friggin' $25 a pop, and I bought 4! Suck it up!
