SPAM,how do you like yours?

Sliced into thin slices and then pan fried until slightly crispy on the outside. Then after the spam is done, I'll fry an egg or two sunny side up in the same pan in the left over spam grease. Then, I'll toast and butter two slices of bread, and make a sandwich out of the fried spam slices and eggs. The yolks break in the sunny side up eggs upon placing the top piece of toast. This is good stuff!
 
Another pretty good way SPAM, egg and cheese burgers. Cut the SPAM relatively thick, pan fry until nice and crusty and then hard fry an egg both sides in the grease, put a slice of your favorite cheese on top the egg for the last minute or so so it melts over. Another quite tasty way to have SPAM.
 
SPAM is one of those things my grandparents would have regularly all the time I was a child and growing up while spending time with them as a quick supper with them, me and my brother so I have always liked it fried and remember it quite well and fondly. Me liking salty things also helps a lot.
