I don't know if you are looking for leather or polymer. After carrying a firearm daily for over 35yrs I have found these folks and have been very happy with their Kydex designs, service and price.

I don't have any connections to these folks but have bought mag carriers for most all of my handguns that they make carriers for. I have a set for my daily carried 1911 that are probably 10+ years old and are as good as new. Easy on/off, yet very securely clipped to the belt.

I use a Tulster Echo Universal Mag Carrier.

It can be used IWB or OWB and adjusted for any 9mm or 40 double stack mag. I use it for CZ mags Sig M&P and Glock mags.

I just use a double stitched dual pouch nylon with velcro straps...serves it's purpose and cheap...they're like $6-$10 on Ebay.

Off duty, when I carry the 4" M&P92.0, I carry it in a Bravo Concealment OWB kydex holster with an OWB mag carrier. If I carry the Shield off duty, I carry it IWB but still carry the spare mags in a Bravo Concealment OWB mag carrier. That's what's comfortable and functional for ME. YMMV.

I second the Tulster Echo Universal Mag Carrier. Buy once cry once. It can be worn inside or outside the waste band, and it'll work with ANY double stack mag for any gun from any company. It has adjustable retention as well. I own one for both double stack and single stack 9mm/40SW mags, and for single stack 45 ACPs mags... So, I own 3 mag carriers that cover ever pistol I own. Prior to this, every time I purchased a new carry gun, I had to purchase a holster and new mag pouch to go with it for the most part.

I should have mentioned I wanted it in Kydex, and have adjustable tension.
It should not be over 30.00 or I think they are price gouging. Would you agree??

From what I've seen it's going to be hard to beat the Tulster mag carriers linked above.

There's no gouging; you either agree to voluntarily pay their asking price or you do not. In either case, it was your decision.

VersaMag Carrier

Been using his products for years. Built for forever use, and about $25.00

I use Blackhawk double mag holders for all my semi's, they work great.

Just purchased the Blackhawk double today for my M&P9 m2.0. Also got a Blackhawk paddle holster to go with it along with an extra mag. Will use those items in a class next weekend

If you like kydex, and want a very well made, strong, tension adjustable mag carrier that has a very strong belt clip that is easily removeable if you wish to do so but is also secure on the belt, check out the Comp-tac website. I have several of these to fit different magazines, and I have never had an issue with them. The adjustable tension screw with the thick rubber washer inbetween the inner and outer layers of kydex allow you to fine tune the amount of tension you prefer, and the kydex is thick and strong. The belt clip has a great deal of tension, even after long wear and use.

I use their single mag pouch with the belt clip that sells for about $31.00 plus shipping, etc. Well worth that money, in my opinion and experience!
