Speed Loader for Sigma 9mm (sw9ve)

I am brand new to the S&W Sigma community and forum. I just won a Sigma 9mm (sw9ve) from a Ducks Unlimited banquet raffle and have done a bit of research on the pistol, and despite some of the criticism it gets I chalk most of that up to internet hate and extreme brand loyalty (Ford vs. Chevy, Sigma vs, Glock, etc.) The one question I have that has gone unanswered is speed loaders. I have heard the HKS GL-940 is flimsy and does not fit the Sigma magazines very well, but only costs about $15. The other I have read about is the UpLULA, which received very good reviews but never saw a review from anybody with a Sigma. Just seeing if anyone has used one or possibly both, and if the UpLula is worth the money (about $30).

UpLula works great on sigma mags, as well as most other pistol mags. One of the best investments I have ever made.

That must have added a bit of excitement to the evening!!

I don't use any of the mag loaders but I know the UpLula is a bit different than the rest!
I too have only heard good things about it!

Just a reminder, don't forget the rebate offer on the gun!
$50 or two free mags!
The mags cost around $35 each, so thats the better deal!
Some opt for the cash anyway with no need for the other mags!

You have the right idea about most of the info on the Sigma!
The 1st models had some function issues which were addressed quickly!
I don't know if it was the Glock enthusiast or just the S&W haters that kept the problems alive.
If you do happen to have any problems with it, rest assured that you have the support of the BEST customer service in the fire arm industry!

The gun is extreamly reliable & accurate!
I have around 1200 rds through mine with out a single gun issue!
If you have shot mostly long guns the trigger will take a bit to get used to.
It is a part of the safety of the gun. It is designed with the heavier pull!

Dry fire it a lot to get used to it & shoot it even more!!
Give us an update when you get to take it out for a walk!!

Excellent product! Works with all my pistol magazines, both single stack and double stack.

Using the UpLULA requires a little practice to "get it", and from then on it's a snap to use.

+1 for the Uplula. Saves time and thumbs at the range. Let the purists and "he-men" laugh--you'll be shooting your next 2 mags while they're still fumbling with cartridges.

Downside

you will end up shooting lots more as loading a mag stops being a chore. It's great product - a "must have" accessory.

After getting it, I would often unload my mags that I normally keep loaded, just so I could use it and reload them again! It works on all my mags, 9mm, .40 and .45, double and single stack, best money I ever spent on an accessory in my opinion. Just watch the promotional video on it, and believe me when I say it won't take long before you can load your mags just like the guy in the video does.

Get an Uplula and you'll be glad you did. I had an HKS and threw it out.

I'd gotten the HKS first. For it to work with the Sigma mag, you've got to trim a bit of plastic so the flat sigma mag stays put. The UPLULA is by far the better, more practicle product. It's well worth the money, especially if you have any other semi-auto pistols.

Another vote for the Uplula. I own 3 of them. I keep one in my range bag, one in my gun safe & one on the shelf over my desk. It is the most important accessory for shooting that I own.

Well for 5 bucks the glock loader works fine for me,just a thought.
