Even worth bringing a speed loader or strips for a revolver?

My main carry choice is one of my 325s, my carry ammo is in 1/2 moon clips. For one thing it carries much flatter. It beats single round loading and for me speed strip loading. It rivals a speed loader, but then speed loaders are even bulkier than 6 rounds in a full moon clip

My other carry choice is J frame 32 H&Rs and then it is a speed loader, but a smaller lighter one.

I am not a LEO or a security guard, don't work at a stop and rob, and I live in a very low crime area and avoid problem areas. My chances of actually needing a gun are slim and the odds I will need more than 6 slim on top of slim. That is a long shot inside a long shot.

5 0r 6 in a revolver is plenty unless you are an LEO. Been carrying since 1979, both revolvers and semi autos, had to throw shots twice and both times only one shot was needed. Get away from the spray and pray mentality and learn how to hit what you are aiming at every time

Anyone use/need a speed loader for their 460?
We only have one for the old Sec6 Snub, which was my Swamp carry in days of old.
