Today I was shooting my Highway Patrolman 6 inch and noticed that my HKS speedloaders were having a bit of difficulty lining up with the chambers. Most of my other revolvers, K frame S&W M-15, Colt Official Police, Colt Python have no trouble. But the M28 Highway Patrolman had to wiggle back and forth a little to get my rounds in. Is it the speedloaders or just the nature of the large cylinder with huge gaps in between chambers?

Assuming you are using the correct speed loaders, it shouldn't be too hard, though some amount of wiggle is standard with the HKS loaders. Check and make sure you have not got your speed loaders messed around and are trying to use the wrong ones with the wrong gun.

Is the speedloader that you're having problems with the number 29 model or is it the number 10?
