Stags or Ivories?

Given the outdoorsy scene and the animal with horns, I think the stag complements it well.

Except the proverbial "elephant in the room", most elephants live outdoors.

I think the ivory looks good on an engraved gun, especially with the gold accents.
In my opinion, stags look great on blued gun with just the right amount of bluing wear and character.

Ivory gets my vote, especially since the other two guns in the set both sport ivory. But I would package up the stag and keep them with the gun, just in case you change your mind. One of the things that I love about S&W revolvers is that changing stocks is a process that is almost as instant as changing your mind - one screw on and off is all it takes.

I would say the stags....

... but on THAT gun the ivories look GREAT! I'm more of a stag fan so that is something for me to say. The only problem I have with is it the gun. It's all scratched up.

I am a fan of the stags. Not all stags are created equal; the ones you show have a lot of character.
I do like ivory, and have some myself, but nice Sambar wins in my opinion.
