Stainless matte finish

Cool but that is brushed or glossy stainless. Mine is the Glass Bead look; so you will the frosted look. I wanne keep it like that, but there are some minor scratches that I wanne take care of without damaging the overall finish(frosted).

You can have it refinished by the factory or have it bead blasted by any number of after market shops. Hope this helps.

The Finish on the CS-1s & CS-3s were special..
There's no way to just touch up the marks that these revolvers get.
I would just live with the "Character Marks" & have a great time shooting it if it were me..
Also haveing the revolver refinished "Glassbeaded" will lessen it's value under the factory "Marred" Finish..
Those Revolvers have been bringing $700-$800 Lately..
Nice Piece BTW..
The Round Butt Grip Frame, Matte Finish & Undercut front sights were standard on these & were used by the U.S. Customs Service..
