Started two slabs of spare ribs on the Traeger smoker at 11:30 am this morning and they are now wrapped in foil and will be ready for BBQ sauce at 4:30 to finish off and get "Yummy" for
Sunday's Game.

The rest of the stuff is a snap to get ready and this should make things a lot easier and hassle free when it is time to relax and enjoy our friends company.

It will finally be nice, not having to share my clam dip with 20 other people, with just 4-6 of us.

Now if I can just pace myself, so I can sample and eat everything!!
