Sir, these are all types of malfunctions.
A "stovepipe" is when the fired case does not clear the gun and gets clamped in the ejection port between the breech face and the rear of the barrel. Usually this happens with the case mouth sticking out of the gun, which looks like a stovepipe.
"FTF" stands for "failure to feed." For whatever reason, the loaded round doesn't make it from the magazine to the chamber, tying up the gun.
"FTE" is usually used as shorthand for "failure to extract." The fired case stays in the chamber. It can also be used for "failure to eject."
