Why not dip into the .38 spl arena, is the 200 gr still made?
PS. Don't discount the misery tinnitus can cause, I'm not talking about the run of the mill everyday tinnitus most people suffer with. I am talking about tea kettle sounding, never ending high pitch whistle forever.
