I bought a 94 .22 Snubby and was surprised at how accurate it was.
2" at 10 yds. for 5 shots.
Not target numbers, but fine for a 9 shot kit gun.
I'm not a Taurus fan, but I can't complain.

I just purchased a Taurus 85 (matte finish, stainless .38 +p) to augment my Smith m60. I've got two other Tauri, both 9mm, one a Pt 99 and the other a 917, which is essentially as slightly cut down 92, and both have worked great.

Had some problems with my S&W...must have had a squib or jacket separation or some such problem as the bullet got stuck in the cylinder.

Took it to my smith for repair and he got the bullet out...but when I got it back to the range the first shot was fine (115 gr. Remington fmj) and the second shot was okay, but on the third trigger pull it just went click. Cylinder didn't advance and when I opened it, the whole thing started to slide off the ejector. It's loose on the ejector and if I pull just a wee bit it will come off into my hand.

It's going back to the smith next week. I'm thinking they screwed up somehow.

My new 85 arrives end of this week ($245 and then a $25 Taurus rebate) so range report after I run some rounds through it.

I've been very happy with my 94 snubby. I bought it to keep milage off my 22/32 Kit Gun. It shoots every bit as well, chronos a bit stronger, very good accuracy.
I had to put in some elbow grease cleaning it recently after approx 250 rounds, it had some buildup at the forcing cone that had started to affect accuracy (keyholing), but we're happy now.
Trigger is improved compared to when new, still slightly stiffer than the Kit Gun, but it's also a shorter pull.
I like the gun.
