SW40V Failure To Extract

I tried the gun out briefly, and shot about fifty rounds of mixed ammunition; UMC, Winchester white box, and aluminum Blazer. It fired and cycled all rounds perfectly. I didn't have a proper paper target to shoot at, but it seemed to hit where I was aiming.

I also compared it with my friend's 40V.

I'm almost certain the trigger bar and sear assembly are new. The trigger bars are nearly identical, but the arm that depresses the safety plunger on mine is more rounded and polished on the edges. The finish texture on mine is also slightly different. As for the sear block, the edges & angles are all the same. The only noticeable difference is that it appears to have a slightly different finish texture like the trigger bar.

Obviously there are a lot of differences in the slides. Enough that a discussion about them could stand on it's own. Given that and the dozen or so pictures I have, I'll start a new thread rather than drag this one out any further.
