SW40VE & SW9VE with Armalaser SR3 Holster

I have a Sigma SW40VE with the Armalaser SR3 laser attached.

I have been trying to find someone who makes a leather holster for this combination.

Armalaser says that they are partnered with Don Hume and expect to have a holster available around the beginning of May, 2013. This is Armalaser's estimate and I cannot confirm this with Don Hume as they don't seem to have a customer direct contact option.

I have spoken/emailed several other custom holster makers and seem to be getting similiar responses. They do not have anything available, and are not interested in producing such an item.

I assume this is due to the lack of popularity for the Sigma handgun, but do not know this for a fact.

Does anyone know of a manufacturer that can supply a holster for this configuration or something existing that would substitute for a custom made unit ?

The last "CUSTOM" holster maker I contacted said that their process to create such a holster would DESTROY my firearm/laser unit in a 20 ton press if they attempted to make a holster for this combination.
Can this seriously be true ????

Please.... Someone provide me with options other than replacing my Sigma with something else.

I use a Remora holster for my SD40VE with armalaser, this holster also works with my SR9. It carries both guns in the AIWB position without slipping and is very comfortable.

Yes it does. But when asked Armalaser, says their website is wrong, Don Hume MAY have something available in a couple of months. Any direct question to either Don Hume or Desantis seems to be impossible as they don't provide a direct customer option of communication.

Don't understand the term "AIWB". Can you provide specifics as to Size, Model, or anything else that might provide a better understanding of what I should be looking for ? Sorry this is my first pistol and I have little or no experience with holsters. How does the Nylon compare to leather ? I think I would prefer something OWB but with only a velcro strap to attach it to the belt, I worry about stability/safety.
