Greetings,
I've got a S/W model 15-3 with target hammer and trigger. I dearly love the revolver but the W---I----D---E trigger is just miserable for double action shooting. Without going to a great deal of expense what's the best way to deal with this? either smooth or narrow serarted would be fine by me.
Taking the trigger out to send it out for modification (if a Smith can do that?) would not be a problem, I'm familiar with complete assembly/disassemby from doing trigger jobs.
A new trigger seems an easier solution of course but I understand I'd need a new hammer likely as well, and maybe fitting, which means shipping the whole gun ($$$). Anyway I'm just a bit lost on the whole problem, thoughts?
