Hello,
I am thinking of getting a new off-duty/back-up gun. I have been eyeballing three S&W 45ACP models. The CS45,457, and the 4553. I have and like my body armor holster. Just wondering which one would fit the best. Does anyone have the dimesions of said guns, IE... height, width, etc.... Any comments on these guns IE.... reliability, accuracy... Any info would be great. Thank you in advance.

I agree on the 945. I got one of the small ones recently, it is just perfect. I already had the full sized one but the small one is just better for carry.

457

Howdy,
The 457 is 6 1/2 " long for the slide with overall length w/ beavertail 7".
It is about 2 1/2" from the front of the trigger guard to the front of the slide.
It is 3" from the top of the slide to the bottom of the trigger guard and pretty close to an inch thick all over.
Great guns too.
If you need any other measurements let me know.
Mike
