Texas Gunsmith That Still Does Blueing?

Curious if anyone has any experience with a really good gunsmith, hopefully located in Texas or close by (Louisiana, Oklahoma, New Mexico) that can still do an old style hot blue finish like we used to see on old Colt 1911's/Pythons or S&W revolvers.
