Sorry for your loss . I've put down more than my share , and it's never easy . The last one , Sandy a wire haired terrier , was a lover . Our vet came to the house with his assistant . He put on some music and put Sandy on her bed . We sat with her , holding her and hugging her . Doc sent her off and left us alone to say goodbye then took her . He has a special place he buries people's pets , you can visit if you want . That afternoon I was heading south to pick up our new Aussie puppy .
